Background/ why we are doing this?
Marketing approach has been relying heavily on tactical incentives in 2022. This approach is not sustainable in the long run therefore we need to come up with fast & easy ideas to execute while testing and learning to find an effective solution.
Problem statement:
How might we help clients (e.g. INCOME) to engage newer customers
How might we create solutions that are lightweight, easily deployed/ replicated across different partners
Objective:
Generate greater volume of leads
Generate higher quality of leads
Target audience:
Early 20s - 30s (Gen Z + Millennials) however we are not omitting the current target audience
Solution:
Prototype of Never Have I Ever interactive quiz was approved. Next steps included refining the questions and messaging/ choosing the right platforms to execute this idea.
