Background/ why we are doing this?

  • Marketing approach has been relying heavily on tactical incentives in 2022. This approach is not sustainable in the long run therefore we need to come up with fast & easy ideas to execute while testing and learning to find an effective solution.

Problem statement:

  • How might we help clients (e.g. INCOME) to engage newer customers

  • How might we create solutions that are lightweight, easily deployed/ replicated across different partners

Objective:

  • Generate greater volume of leads 

  • Generate higher quality of leads

Target audience:

  • Early 20s - 30s (Gen Z + Millennials) 
however we are not omitting the current target audience

Solution:

  • Prototype of Never Have I Ever interactive quiz was approved. Next steps included refining the questions and messaging/ choosing the right platforms to execute this idea.

  • Prototype of Fortune Cookie Generator (randomizer with fun results)
