Iām a writer & storyteller who helps solve problems in digital experiences with the right words. I specialise in User Experience writing and content design.
I started my career as a fashion journalist š at Singapore Press Holdings, but found my passion in food writing š„Øš š„ after falling in love with the book The Man Who Ate Everything by Jeffrey Steingarten. Armed with a formal background in English Literature āļø and Sociology Bachelors from National University of Singapore, I have written for Wine & Dine and Epicure, The Business Times, Time Out, Robb Report, and The Edge.
2015 - 2016: I led the content strategy at HungryGoWhere as the associate editor. In 2017, I created SALT magazine + SALT TV with a group of ex-colleagues who love food and design.
2017 - 2021: I pivoted to social media content creation for Manulife and content marketing for B2B tech companies like Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
2022 - current: As a content designer at Income Insurance, I support five different products.
Outside of work, I love to travel, practise ikebana (minimalist Japanese flower arrangement šø āļø), and discovering new food experiences with friends.
